While some cadets did fly this morning, the weather has taken a turn for the worse. The pilots at Vulcan CFS are hopeful for a break, but the forecast does not look good. Although the weather up in Calgary remains good, the weather further South is not within limits.
Cadets will take a break from flying operations and have lunch before a final call will be made. Please be prepared for cadets to be returning early. Further updates will be made as they are available. Thank you for your patience.
Please see the list of cadets accepted for the first Gliding day of our year on the calendar. You can also find in another attachment the information notice with all of the information about the event and the permission form which each parent needs to fill in for each cadet going on the trip and hand it in to Capt Schaber. Cadets without this permission form will not be able to attend.
