918 Griffon Squadron will conduct recruit training for new cadets. This strongly recommended training will enable new cadets to rapidly learn the core skills and knowledge needed to participate as a member of the squadron. This event also generates fast friends and an immediate sense of belonging for new members of the squadron, and contributes greatly to improved retention, interest, and morale.
