Officers are aware of the existing decreased air quality in Calgary and are monitoring the situation. At this time, FTX Park Griffons is still going ahead, with the updated training times (as communicated on 29 May).
Forecasted air quality is expected to improve to moderate by this evening (AQHI 5), with a further improvement by Sat 1 Jun (AQHI 4). Cadets signed up who have existing medical conditions that may be exacerbated by the remaining smoke or other concerns should contact the Ex OPI with intentions or other questions.
If there is a need to cancel, a message will be posted to this website and impacted cadets will be phoned.
